This single origin espresso is the result of our Roasters Workshop where 4 roasters battled in a blind coffee roast! The overall top contender's roast is what you'll be tasting with this coffee.
El Vergel Estate in Tolima, Colombia is managed by Shady and Elias Baytor and their mother, Martha. The Gesha varietal is rare in Colombia and the natural carbonic maceration process adds complexity and sweetness to the bean.
After the roast we dialed it in and found a juicy, full bodied espresso shot that we couldn't pass up- and you won't want to either.
