For more than 150 years, the Solano family has dedicated to improve the quality of life for their community. The farm is located in a small community called El Sapito, where over the years, they have built a school, a small church, and a health clinic for their people and the surrounding communities.

Brothers David and Eddy are fourth generation farmers who emphasize experimental fermentation processes with traditional varieties to enhance quality. They maintain direct trade relationships with transparency and honesty in coffee traceability. 

This washed coffee has subtle citric qualities, well balanced sweetness and bitterness, and a tea-like body.
