Kichwa Tembo means "elephant head" in Swahili which fittingly represents the strength in this cup. This coffee presents a classic, hardworking Kenya profile with citrus fruit like grapefruit, bright and tangy acidity, balanced sweetness, and some of the complexity expected from a Kenyan.

We also taste molasses, cooked tropical fruit and mild raisin, all with a smooth mouthfeel.
