Nicaragua Red Catuai

This Nicaraguan coffee comes from Arlin Andino, the owner of Finca Esquipulas. On her farm, she is able to produce multiple coffee varieties, including Caturra, Catuai Amarillo, Pacamara, and this Catuai Rojo (Red Catuai) – all renowned for their quality and flavor.

This coffee was what we roasted at our last Roaster Workshop of 2024 in December, where it was made possible by our sponsor Roastronix! Roastronix is striving to bridge the gap between dedicated farmers and passionate cafe owners and we're excited to have this coffee on hand! We're tasting baked apples, brown sugar and peanut brittle.
