Patrick Volker I look forward to getting out of bed to make a Chemex of this, and as soon as I've finished it I start wondering what time would be appropriate to make a second Chemex. Can't get enough of it! It's juicy, a little sweet, but full-bodied. Extremely satisfying cup.
