Another heavy hitter from Wilton Benitez, this is the Orange Bourbon. In case you missed it, Benitez is a specialty coffee producer from Cauca, Colombia. Through the years he developed a passion for coffee and technology and realized he could apply his knowledge of technology to coffee growing. These passions colliding have allowed him to produce some of the most innovative coffees ever seen.

This double anaerobic thermal shock coffee has a lemony acidity- although not overbearing- with subtle notes of slightly sweet nuts, tamarind, papaya seed and sticky rice (yes! sticky rice!)
