Linda A. This Bold Slugger roast is smoother than Civet coffee, I swear. I drink 3/4 cup of coffee (throwing out a 1/4 cup each day) for over 20 years! Acidity/bitterness prevents me from finishing. I gleefully finish the last drop now every morning. Because of this I can enjoy a second (pour over) cup in the afternoon and not be affected by the acid! I cannot wait to try the others in my sampler!

Amy I had this coffee at a hotel while in Chicago. I was so yummy I asked the name of it and as soon as I returned to Texas ordered some. A great smooth coffee with a nice crisp ending.
