My previous roaster shut down during the pandemic, so I set out on a journey to find someone who would sell me half-caff in 5-pound bags. Some people would only sell me 12-ounce pounds. Some did not understand how to make half-caff from caffeinated beans and decaf beans, or could not figure out what to charge. One guy suggested that I double the amount of water I was using. Tim Noonan was very obliging in giving me a price for custom-mixed half-caff, and he has adjusted the blend to my tastes. I am quite satisfied and grateful.

Very good coffee. Still trying to dial-in the right amount to use per cup. First couple were a bit weak. Have increased and am getting better results. No recommendations were included with the package. Might be helpful.

I didn't know this would become my favorite coffee until I stayed at a high-end Chicago hotel that served it. I loved it from first sip, so much so that I went on a research mission to find out what it was and how I could get some. Now back in Charlotte, NC, I enjoy it every day at home. Rich, full-bodied but so smooth. It still makes me go MMMM every time I take the first sip.
