Ethiopia Sidamo Guji
This is one of the four or five coffees that we've been roasting for over 10 years. We've dialed it in and gotten pretty good at it. There is nothing like this coffee. We find it to be especially good as a cold brew. It has a light, bouncy, fruit-filled quality to it that's almost effervescent and refreshing. It's also delish hot.
Herbaceous and juicy, cocktail-like with grilled stone fruit, honey, tarragon, mouthwatering tea-like aftertaste, and zesty textures.

I love African coffee and big shoulders really does a great job with African sourced beans. Even though it is one of the lesser expensive coffees this Ethiopian coffee is really my favorite. It has a nutty smooth flavor.
I roast my own beans. Every so often I buy some Big Shoulders as a standard to achieve. Mine is good, but not to the same Shoulders level.
