I have always been highly impressed by their selection of coffee beans, their roasting process, and their commitment to quality and customer service above all else! That said, 'Bold Slugger' has certainly become the stalwart of my home coffee routine - especially as I no longer reside in the Chicago area. The beans were delivered on time, packaged perfectly to maintain their freshness. Whether I use these beans to brew espresso or coffee, each and every time is a perfect pour. I've even taken to using coarse grounds to make my own cold brew coffee! Genuinely, you cannot go wrong with 'Bold Slugger'! Not too light, not too dark - it is the perfect roast for everyone from the casual coffee drinker to the absolute aficionado of their coffee routine! Superb!
