Fair Trade Certified, Organic, Water Process. Mountain Water Process involves soaking green coffee in fresh water until it reaches a saturation level that allows the dissolvable solids, including caffeine, to be extracted. The water then passes through filters, removing the caffeine before being retunited with the green coffee once again where all the original flavors are reintroduced leaving it 98% caffeine-free.
Our new decaf is nicely balanced with acidity and sweetness. Heck you won't even know it's decaf until you fall asleep at your desk.
