The honey processing of this Sumatra gives this light roast a well rounded cup with a creamy body, notes of cherry and dried mango and floral aroma. It has a sweet finish with a subtle lime acidity.
Solok Radjo Cooperative is made up of 500 members with 1-2 hectares each. It is a young, energetic group engaged not only in coffee production and export, but also in roasting, visiting cafes, brewing, agronomy, and more. They have three certified Q graders on staff and have cupping setups at both the field location in Aie Dingin and the mill location in Solok.
